What happens if an external app (like Stripe or Xero) temporarily goes down?
This is where COWE's durability shines. When an external service is unavailable, COWE does not fail your workflow or double-charge your customer. It pauses patiently, waits for the app to come back online, and resumes right where it left off.
If an action cannot be completed, COWE's built-in safety net automatically rolls back previous steps so your books and inventory always stay in balance.
Can we make sure sensitive decisions always get human approval first?
Absolutely. In fact, we recommend it! Routine tasks (like sending a receipt or logging a lead) happen automatically, but high-impact decisions (like issuing a large refund, signing an NDA, or paying an invoice over $5,000) can pause for a manager sign-off before that step runs. The approver gets an email the moment a decision is waiting, and approves or rejects from the link in it, with the Approve and Reject buttons on WhatsApp, or from their COWE dashboard.
